Converting to Portable Music Device Instructions

Apple iPod:
  • Download and install iTunes 7.6 for your computer type (Windows or Mac) at www.itunes.com.
  • Open iTunes and import the audio file by dragging it to Library in the Source list (or choose File > Add to Library and select the file).
  • Simply connect iPod to your computer. If your iPod is set to update automatically, the download begins.
  • After the download completes, use the click wheel and center button to select music, browse for your audio file, press Play and enjoy!
Microsoft Zune:
  • Download and install the latest version of the Zune software at www.Zune.net.

NOTE: When you start the Zune software for the first time, it automatically adds music, videos, and pictures, and podcasts on your computer to your Zune collection. After that, you can set up the Zune software to monitor whatever folders you store your media in. Any time you add or delete something in these folders, Zune updates your collection accordingly.

  • Connect your Zune to your computer.
  • In the Zune software, drag the audio file from your collection to the device icon.
  • After the download completes, select music, browse for your audio file, press Play and enjoy!
