Throughout the market turmoil, they were just fantastic to work with. They were extraordinarily reasonable and, in the face of the current credit market issues, they performed beyond expectations. This is the easiest transaction I’ve ever closed. Their closer was responsive and reasonable in response to our comments. They actually listened to what we had to say. Their closer was not only very professional but extremely pleasant to work with. They were able to adjust to changes very quickly and appropriately. I enjoyed picking up the phone and talking with them, they were just responsive to changes in the deal and were able to adjust as we moved along. They are more customer-oriented and try to make sure they put themselves in the position of the customer and look at it from our perspective, not that we always get what we want, but they try to be fair. Every time I needed to talk to my closer they were there. They always picked up the phone and return emails quickly. I never had to wait more than an hour or two at the most to get answers. The closing process went very, very smoothly. There was not a catch at all. The closing was easier than I anticipated. They are very responsive and very client-oriented. They were reasonable and didn’t over lawyer or nit pick things.
