EDGE incorporates a simple, fast and low cost process that will deliver on its promises with retained loan servicing and committed organization support designed to win now and in the future. We use the Principal Real Estate Investors’ culture, built around teamwork, integrity, honesty and trust to provide the borrower with a winning mortgage experience. Four Key Program Components Borrower’s loan cost is $3,000 which covers 3rd party reports and lender legal expense. We do not charge an origination fee. 5, 7 or 10 year fixed rate structures are available, each with up to a 30 year amortization. We offer a declining fixed prepayment option. For the 10 year fixed rate term there is a yield maintenance option that automatically reduces the interest rate. Yield spreads are available.
