Principal Real Estate Investors Earns 2017 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Award

Des Moines, Iowa – Principal Real Estate Investors has been named a 2017 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year – Energy Management Award winner for its outstanding efforts to improve the energy efficiency of U.S. buildings and facilities through its actions. Principal Real Estate Investors’ accomplishments will be recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy in Washington, D.C. on April 26, 2017.

Principal Real Estate Investors, an ENERGY STAR partner since 2009, will be recognized for their integration of ENERGY STAR as a key component of the Pillars of Responsible Property Investing initiative, a holistic environmental, social, and governance platform designed to guide real estate investment management practices.
