- Principal U.S. Property Separate Account
This core, open-end, private equity real estate strategy seeks strong, risk-adjusted returns by investing in a diversified portfolio of well-located, primarily stabilized, income-producing assets in the United States. Launched in 1982, it’s one of the most widely used private commercial real estate investment vehicles in the U.S.
- Core-Plus Commingled Fund
This open-end fund follows a core plus strategy, combining stable income with the potential for attractive risk-adjusted returns. Launched in 2004, it invests in a diversified portfolio of higher-quality assets in the United States. When possible, the Fund also invests in sustainable properties. The Fund recently ranked #4 among its peer group for corporate environmental policies and management in the U.S.1
- Value-Add Commingled Fund
We recently launched a second fund in a series of closed-end investment strategies. The fund is focused on “green” value-add and development projects in the United States that have the potential to generate positive, risk-adjusted returns. Fund I has a solid track record and ranked in the top two among U.S. private property funds for corporate environmental policies and management in the US.1
